I first stumbled on this book back in 2010 while on my journey with Health and Fitness. At the time I was dissecting 50-60 books related to health and diet when I came across “The 4-Hour Body.” by Tim Ferriss.

At the time I had never heard of Tim Ferriss or his books. Hungry for more, I looked him up and purchased his book “The 4-Hour Workweek” This book opened my eyes and changed my world forever. It’s the one book you’ll find 10-15 copies in my home at any given time. And, it’s the only book I gift, and most often re-read.
